Graduate Dual Credit Teaching Certificate Application

Thank you for your interest in St. Mary's University. We look forward to welcoming you to St. Mary’s as a student pursuing the Graduate Certificate for Dual Credit Instructors. In order to be eligible for this certificate program, students must have earned at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

In addition to this application form, candidates must also submit:

  • Transcript(s) showing the attainment of highest level degree
  • One letter of recommendation 

Application Instructions:

Students are required to complete the application below and upload a copy of their transcript detailing the graduation details of their highest-level degree. Once admitted to the program, students will be asked to submit an official transcript confirming this information.
